The ACT Textile Arts Association Hanging by a Thread exhibition and bazaar will feature art and jewellery, bags, hats, wall hangings, paintings, sculptural forms and household items, and showcase the creative endeavours of these Canberra textile artists and hobbyists. With their specialities including dyeing, fabric manipulation, machine and hand embroidery, silk painting, stencil work, stamping, felting, beading and printing, the exhibition will be at Queanbeyan Art Society Gallery, 6 Trinculo Place, Queanbeyan, daily 10am-2pm, 9-22 September.
